The apartment is about 1.1 km from the beach and the old town, at the top of a hill: access on foot involves a significant climb. A bus serves the area and stops almost in front of the residence. Uber works very well and makes it easy to get around without a car. The space The Studio is nestled in the Chaminés Brancas residence, located in the peaceful Pateo neighborhood of Albufeira. Ideally located just 2 km from the beach and the old town, this apartment has stunning views of the marina and the sea. Renovated in 2020, this studio is equipped with a fast Wi-Fi Internet connection. It is perfectly suited to accommodate 2 people and includes a large room with a 160 x 200 bed, a sofa bed, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. Located on the lower 1st floor, access is without elevator. You'll find restaurants, bars and a small supermarket nearby, offering you everything you need for your stay. Although a car is not required, it is recommended to explore the local area. However, regular bus services are available to get you downtown. Please note that although the common areas of the residence are slightly deteriorated, everything is functional. Renovation and modernization work is planned, but has not yet been scheduled. Other things to note We provide a small shower gel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 garbage bag, 2 coffee/sugar capsules and a bottle of water. For extended stays, we encourage you to bring or purchase additional supplies. Please note that no compensation can be claimed if the pool is unavailable due to construction, maintenance or other circumstances. Between April and October, temperatures can be very high, which can lead to the appearance of insects such as cockroaches and bugs. We do our best to prevent these unwanted guests from entering the apartment by regularly carrying out disinfection by a professional team. However, we cannot guarantee the total absence of insects in the apartment and cannot be held responsible for them. We do not allow luggage drop-off before check-in or after checkout for organizational and liability reasons. However, you will find several luggage lockers in the area, which you can easily find online.
