Here you will find a beautiful forest road leading to a stunning 23-acre property with its own serene pond and winding walking trails. This location is for Adults-Only, perfect for those who enjoy being surrounded by the rich diversity of Northern California’s natural world including the famous Redwood forests while still being able to access all that the area has to offer. The space *This unique apartment is located in a gated property with a lush (and massive) backyard. It is an upstairs unit with its own entrance & balcony. The unit is small but cozy with an extra large bathroom. The apartment has a kitchenette, it is a very small area with the essentials to prepare quick meals. There is a medium size fridge, microwave, small oven, portable hot plates cooktop. There is NO stove or range top! Please No heavy cooking with spices. The unit has a bedroom setup with a queen bed and with a door that provides privacy. There is a closet with hangers and a small dresser if needed. *Make it your own spa retreat! Brand new spa area overlooking the beautiful redwood forest and our serene pond is available and will remain open all-year round. Spa is located next to the pond. Make it a spa retreat by enjoying the sauna, hot tub, chilled plunge pool, a lounge area to relax. A shower with hot water and a bathroom is available on site for you to use. *Spa area can be used up to 1.5 hours for each booked night.* As soon you finish with booking you will receive the link to schedule your private spa visit hours. If you're running late, please reschedule you SPA visit. Additional spa rules to review before booking: -We provide two towels to use for the spa per guest (pink/blue). Please do not bring white towels from the unit. - Please bring your own shower slippers and swimsuit. - Please no glass or food in the spa area. We provide unbreakable drinking glasses for you to use in your room & spa area. - Due to the fire risk lease No candles in the Spa or in the room ( just battery operated) - Prescription glasses are an obvious necessity for many people, but please do not bring them into the hot sauna. - Pets are NOT allowed Guest access **We may also have others guests. All guests share pond gaziba, pier deck, trails, BBQ area, front yard, garden. Free parking spots available for guests! Other things to note *Wifi Access We are in the mountains. Our internet is not super fast. However, it is stable and has enough speed to watch Netflix, YouTube, any kind of streaming video, or use of video chatting platform without issue. *We are tucked in the mountains, so please review our location prior to booking. Be ready to drive up and down windy roads for a 2 miles*
