Our house is located in a very quiet area and has a dominating view on its surroundings. Its atmosphere is peaceful serene and perfect to boost you up. Your flat, totally independant opens on its private terrasse and the garden. It has a private access by a stairway. The pool is heated on defined periods and is shared with us. Roquefort is ideally located to visit the area. It is a very convenient city with plenty of shops and restaurants or take away but you will need a car. The space From your secured and closed parking lot you are getting down a stairway to discover your private patio. It is fully equiped with a table chairs sunbeds and an electrical patio awning and it overlooks the garden. The perfect place to have lunch or dinner rocked by the birdsongs. The access to the 34m2 flat is through a porch where you can have your clothes dryer. You enter directly in the living room Equiped by a confortable sofa Chairs and a sidetable which can be turned into a dinner table. It opens widely on the patio. The kitchen is well thought of and fully equiped. (Microwave oven., oven dishwasher ...)You can have your lunches or dinner if appropriate. The shower room is also well equiped and very convenient. The bedroom has a lot of cupboards and a large confortable bed. We spent a lot of time to really think how to configure and equip your flat. We considered all the little things that are essential for us when we are travelling. The flat has first of all a very comfortable bed, a real fully equipped kitchen. All necessary equipment for a nice stay including all you might need Inside … and outside on its patio The pool is only shared with us ans has a nice view on the valley. We like for our garden to be filled up with flowers … and well maintained. Our only aim is for you to be happy and enjoy your stay. The pool is nice and has a nice view. It is only shared with us and is open from 9:00 and 19:00 It is heated. As you have the only rented flat of the property you can really enjoy your stay in peace. There is an indépendant heating, Airco, fast internet. Private parking for your car. We treat the mosquitoes in the garden... We advise you to have a car ...our house is not near public transports Guest access You will have an independent access to the flat that is on garden level of our house. On top of your private patio, you will have access to the pool between 09:00 and 19:00 and to the garden. you will have an attributed parking spot in our property. The parking is secured (shut by a gate and filmed) You will need a car to visit the area or shop.
