The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, and another full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway adjacent to the second bedroom. Guest access My guests will have access to the home and yard. The garage and my office are off limits to guests and will be locked. Other things to note No pets The tap water is drinkable TV provides access to your streaming accounts and does not access cable or traditional channels Must be 25 or older to book. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside my home. If this rule is not followed there will be an initial fee of $300 which will be subject to additional nightly fees for dates the home becomes unavailable due to smoke smell.
