Nestled in the heart of the village of Alex, close to Lake Annecy, at the gates of the Aravis massif (Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz resorts). Rated 2 stars for 2 people, by Atout France (national ranking), in 2024. Cozy living room, mountain style, kitchenette, shepherd's table and folding sofa bed 2x80 cm. Upstairs, bathroom with shower and toilet and an attic bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed. The space EQUIPMENT: Top fridge, domino ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave. Tassimo coffee maker and plunger coffee maker, toaster. Raclette, fondue, and crepe appliances. Electric plancha, walking blender. TV with Apple TV. Possibility of loaning a baby bed. Storage (wardrobes, heated cupboard convenient for ski boots...). Shared parking with the owners. No smoking, no pets allowed. Guest access The cottage is entirely dedicated to our guests. Outside: Locker reserved for our guests, to store outdoor equipment, skis... Part of the garden is intended for them, with a dining area lit for the evening, hammock. Access to our hen house to contemplate nature. Other things to note We attach particular importance to the cleanliness of the premises, whether you spend two nights or seven, we carry out the same cleaning for everyone. We steam clean floors, carpets, bedding, sofa covers and cushions. We disinfect handles, switches, remote control... Thank you for your understanding of the cleaning fee. Possibility of snowshoe rental, hiking poles... A babysitting service can be offered.
