Our modernly furnished apartment (75 m²) in Villa Gutenberg has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 spacious living/dining area and a large terrace facing south-west. The location is very central (150 m to the center, 350 m to the beach) and yet very quiet, as the access road is a cul-de-sac. Parking is available for our guests behind the house. The space Binz, the most beautiful and popular seaside resort on the island of Rügen, offers undisturbed bathing pleasure with its kilometer-long fine sandy and stone-free seabed, clear and clean water and beach level sloping gently into the sea. Walking distance to Binz beach and the famous Binz pier, the modern house is quiet yet centrally located. Beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. are within walking distance.
