The space An apartment of 98 m², all furnished. The bathrooms have electric shower and glass box. The kitchen has a complete structure with stove, refrigerator, microwave, orange press, blender, pots and pans, cutlery and utensils. The service area has a washing machine and a ceiling clothesline. The rooms have a double bed and fans, and one of the rooms has a TV and en-suite. The living room has a TV, sofa, table for lunch. The entire house has access to Wi-Fi. The building has a 24-hour concierge and has a garage with rotating parking for one (1) small vehicle, with the possibility of leaving it displaced at some times of the day in the parking space.
