Since we discovered the Wadden Islands, we keep coming back. Ameland is sea, beach, nature, tranquility, sports and games: golf, yoga, jogging, cycling, mountain biking, walking, mudflat walking, horseback riding, swimming, (kite-buggy-wind) surfing, parachuting, but also lying on the beach, seal- and bird watching. There are beach pavilions, restaurants, terraces, churches, art galleries, windmills, museums and the November art month. Great apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms, 4 large beds. The space Apartment Waddenresidence Ameland Number Four is situated on the first floor of a small, quietly located apartment complex 'Waddenresidence Ameland' in Buren. Buren is the most eastern village of Ameland, and located in the center of the island, near Nes and the port of the Waddenzee. The North Sea with its wide beach is 1.5 km. distance. The nature areas "Het Oerd" and "De Hon" are nearby and are easily accessible on foot and by bicycle. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished (April 2019) and will be rented out as new. The Apartment contains a spacious and bright living room, an open kitchen with new kitchen equipment, 2 spacious bedrooms (18 m² and 10 m²) with (new) box-spring beds, a bathroom with a super walk-in rain and hand shower; a separate toilet with the first on Ameland- WC with built-in innovative ingenious odor extractor. There is a covered, sheltered, spacious west-facing balcony with a porch swing and garden furniture. The spacious open kitchen has a dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker (Senseo und Nespresso), kettle, mixer and a combi-microwave. The living room has a 43 inch Smart TV in the sitting area. In the common room on the ground floor there is a freely accessible (Finnish) sauna and a toilet for guests. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the basement that can be used free of charge. The parking spaces are in front of the building; behind the building is a lockable covered bicycle shed with the possibility to charge electric bicycles. The linen package included in the price consists of bed linen, a bath towel, towel, bath mat and a washcloth. The welcome pack includes a drying and kitchen towel, cleaning utensils, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Optionally, a cot (up to 3 years) with bed linen can be rented. A high chair is available. For technical reasons, this can only be done directly via the landlord. Pets are not allowed; also as smoking in and around the house or balcony (smoking is prohibited). Guest access The key to the apartment is in a key box at the entrance door of the apartment. When booking you will receive the number to access that box. There is a swing, table and chairs on the sheltered and quickly warm balcony. The balcony cupboard has extra chairs and a drying rack. The unmanned reception has a sauna and an extra toilet for the guests; in the basement are the dryer and the tumble dryer. Behind the building is the waste container where you can put your full garbage bags in. A glass and paper container is available at the Jumbo (Nes), among others. The bicycle shed is also located behind the building. Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor, the apartment complex has no lift. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 separate single beds (box spring) for adults (90 cm x 200 cm).
