Guest access Please Note 1) Please do not move the furniture in the room & Living Hall 2) Our accommodation will receive a DEPOSIT RM300. When check -out, we will check everything. If no damage or broken, the DEPOSIT will be refunded on the same day 3）Please be sure to enter the correct number of people to stay. Any non-declared guests will be charged RM20 per person and night Other precautions 1) The check-in time is from 3 pm & check-out time at 11 am (For the early check-in or delayed check-out is depends on the customary state of the guest room) 2) strictly not eat in the bedroom 3) Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors 4) Pets are prohibited in the house. 5) As a friendly neighborhood, please reduce noise after 11 am 6) Please turn off the air conditioner or any electronic device when not in use 7) Please keep the furniture properly. If any items are lost or damaged, please notify immediately. 8) Do not park your vehicle in front of the neighbor's room. 9) Delay check-out, will charge RM50 per hour 10) Do not be fried fish and shrimp and food that tastes super heavy If the tenant caused any damage, loss, personal injury or death due to negligence, we are not responsible. Other things to note Hosting a wedding or party must be notified to the host in advance. Failure to do so may result in the host canceling the booking without a refund.
