Exclusive tranquil villa seaside, boat available

Modern, and well-equipped house with panoramic westerly sea view in a tranquil and green environment. Boat equipped for fishing is included for a minimum 5 nights stay, see photos for description. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming. The space On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, dining room and living room in an open floor plan. There are a total of 4 spacious bedrooms. Three of them, all with a seaview, are located upstairs, One of bedrooms has a King size double bed, and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds that can be combined into a King size double bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the groundfloor, and has a sofabed for two persons. This room can also be used as a TV-room when not used as bedroom. All bedrooms have ample closet space. There is a full bathroom on each floor. 3 different sized terraces are easily accessible through sliding doors or balcony doors. Guest access There is a large garden around the house that is for exclusive use for the guests. There is a parking spot on the property with space for up to 3 cars. On the compounds, separated from the house, there are two smaller cottages that is on occasion used by other guests. The house is located on the west side of the island which offers adorable sunsets over the sea. There are various sun and swimming opportunities nearby. The easiest is to just walk down to the cliffs directly below the house (50 meters). 5-10 minutes walking distance there is also a harbor with a small sandy beach suitable for small children. Other things to note You get to Aspö by road ferry. The journey takes 25 minutes, and the ferry is free of charge, The ferry departs every 30 minutes, or once an hour depending on the time of day. We have a well-stocked grocery store (ICA) on the island, 10 minutes from the house. Its open all year round. During Summer months there are also some restaurants, cafés on the island
