Modern sea view condo in Mae Phim Beach

Third floor apartment with partial sea-view and a roof top infinity pool overlooking Mae Phim beach. The apartment is 40sq.m containing one bedroom, a living room, kitchen, private bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped with cooking utensils. There are mosquito nets on the 2 balcony doors, 2 air conditioning units and 1 fan. Only 30 meters walk to the beach. Please note that we only accept guests that are a verified users on Airbnb (with government ID). The space I have no doubt that you will love our place. Our 40 squared meters flat has a smart layout which optimises the space, making it a perfect option for up to 3 guests to stay. We have one air conditioner in the bedroom and another one in the sitting room. We also have fans in the sitting room and in the bedroom in case you prefer the fresh sea air. The lovely sea view from our bedroom and balcony are very hard to be beaten. Laem Maephim beach is absolutely gorgeous and please make sure you don't miss the sunsets from our rooftop infinity pool. Sitting room: We have a very comfy couch which turns into a sofabed. We also have a 32 inch TV with an Android box in case you choose to take a break from paradise and just want to stay in and watch TV. Our flat faces southeast so we ensured to install blackout blinds in the sitting room so that the sleep of who is sleeping on the sofabed won't be affected. Dinning area: Stylish and comfortable should you decide to have dinner in or grab a takeaway from one of the delicious restaurants nearby. Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you would need in case you want to cook, such as microwave, countertop stove, rice cooker, blender, kettle, coffee maker etc. Bathroom: Stylish and with plenty of storage space. Two options of shower heads available. Bedroom: Trendy decoration, spacious wardrobe, large mirror and a comfortable memory foam mattress. You can see the sea while lying down in bed. We also have blackout curtains in case you chose not to be woken up by the morning sun. Balcony: Perhaps our favourite spot. We never get tired of sitting on the balcony in the evening and listening to the waves while having a glass of wine or chatting. Guest access You will have fully and private use of the apartment and shared access to the common areas should as the roof top pool and sun loungers. Other things to note Our apartment does not have a cot bed for children under 2, however they are available to rent locally should you wish (paid for by the guest them-self) Smoking is not allowed in our apartment. Please take your shoes off inside of the apartment. Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and fans when leaving the apartment. (Electricity consumption exceeding 500baht per week will be charged to the guest) The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned, linen washed and the place ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay. If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, it can be done at an additional charge of 500THB per cleaning (not including linen change) There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition during your stay. We would like to ask our dear guests to keep our apartment clean and make it as your home in Mae Phim. Occasionally during Thai holidays there may be additional traffic and noise from the beach area, unfortunately this is beyond our control.
