Little apartment (31m2) but comfortable near to the Eiffel Tower (~17min of walking/12 min in metro). Located in an important avenue near to the metro station Charles Michel (2min), also all kind of shops ( coffee shop, supermarket, restaurants, the shopping mall La Beaugrennelle) are situated at 3min. McDonalds is in front of the building, the bakery is under the building. The apartment has 2 tv with cable, one in the living room another in the room. The WiFi is pretty fast. We don’t smoke.
