Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden. The space We offer Japanese cultural experiences such as Tea ceremony, Japanese Calligraphy and Tegaki (hand painting) Yuzen (traditional Japanese dyeing technique). We would like you to enjoy traditional cultural experiences in the historic atmosphere. We have mats, qibla compass, worship hat and worship clothes (for female) for Muslim people. Please feel free to use them. Guest access We will give you’re a key when checking in. Other things to note Our guest house is traditional cozy house. We only have one Japanese style room, the size of which is about 15m2. Although we have three sets of bedding and we can hold three persons, it might be a bit small for three adult persons.
