The space The 44 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming farmhouse in the heart of Umbria and has an independent entrance. The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in. It is composed as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and traditional oven - LIVING AREA with sofa bed, single bed, dining table and TV - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe - TOILET with toilet, bidet and shower box. Free parking included, inside the courtyard. Available garden shared with the rest of the building, equipped with barbecue and table with chairs for relaxing and eating outdoors. Additional services available to guests: independent heating, one fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Guest access The apartment is for exclusive use of the Guests! Other things to note Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Assisi Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22nd to April 7th According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival. The tourist tax of 2 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 3 nights, as required by the municipality of Assisi. Children under 13 are exempt.
