The space This 65 m² loft is a project by Tallo Studio, conceived as an open-plan space where structure, light and materials dialogue freely. The renovation removed original partitions to expose beams, columns and large windows that provide spaciousness and character. Industrial aesthetics are combined with vintage pieces and elements created from reused materials. Iron, concrete and wood interact in a warm and flexible interior, designed to adapt to the guest and enjoy the space with calm. Guest access The loft is organized into different open and connected areas: • Kitchen with central island as the axis of the space. • Projection area for the evenings, with two separate sofa beds. • Dining area with extendable table. • Workspace designed for comfortable teleworking. • Master bedroom with a double bed. • Large separate bathroom. Other things to note The loft is a completely open space, with no closed divisions between the different areas, which provides spaciousness and an industrial character.
