Villa is private and owners do not live here it comes with big outside swimming pool , and you have at your disposal big free private parking(5 cars). Thanks to its unique location guests can experience nature as well as vicinity of the city . Beaches are only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Restaurants and big supermarkets , shopping centre , bars are all in 500m radius and reacheable 3-5 minutes on foot. The space Villa Stellina has 2 floors. It comes with a big yard where you can find playground for children. On the upper floor you will find big appartment with 3 rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a billiard playroom. On the ground floor there are apartments which have 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Swimming pool is located in the backyard with a wood barbecue grill.
