Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house is on a quiet tree-lined street only steps to downtown and Prince Avenue restaurants and shopping and just a few blocks to UGA. The open living/dining/kitchen room has high ceilings and huge windows looking out onto the yard and pollinator garden surrounding the house. Spare modern decor inside highlights the natural beauty outside. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars. Wifi, tv, Nespresso machine, gas grill. The space The house is entered through an open-plan, high-ceilinged and light-filled room, with the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Up several stairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bath has a large walk-in shower and two vanities. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower. We are a family of four and this is our beloved home - we hope that it will be as pleasant for guests coming to Athens for game days as it is for us year-round. Other things to note Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed. Bedroom 3 has full bed. We can set up an additional twin bed in one of the bedrooms upon request.
