This is one of the rooms in the house. Kitchen and laundry room are shared with other guest. Located in the centre of Seoul. Our property is a newly built four- floor house. Less than 5 mins walk to all types of restaurants, trendy cafes, nice local park and less than 10 mins walk to subway station. 10-15 mins to all major tourist spots by subway. Guest access From our property to the hustle and bustle main area is a about 10 mins walk. Our property is located in Yeonnam-dong, which is a safe & quiet neighborhood. We assure that you have a peaceful night's sleep. During your stay We've lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years and have lots recommendations for favorite coffee shops, bars, restaurants, bookstores, museums, and anything else you can think of in the city. Other things to note 1. We do not accept guest check in without passport / Valid photo ID. 2. Strictly no smoking anywhere in the entire property. 3. No visitors in the house/ room. 4. Please lower your noise in the room after 11pm. 5. Please bring your own toiletries. Only towel, shampoo & body wash are provided.
