Other things to note Petrilo, the historical seat of the Municipality, belongs to the mountainous volume of the Regional Unit of Karditsa. Rich vegetation, picturesque houses and unique churches. It is located approximately in the center of northern Agrafa. It is built at an altitude of 1160 m. It is the largest village in Eastern Argithea, with a long history. The name is Petrilo but the inhabitants because it consists of many settlements call it Petrilia (the toponym Petrilo is Greek). The highest mountain peaks around the village are Karava (2184 m) and Voutsikaki (2154 m), from where one can admire the incredible view. To the east of the village, just below the top of Voutsikaki, at the location of Ennia Vryses, the Petriliotis river springs, which, crossing the village, ends further west in Acheloos. Petrilo consists of the settlements of Livadia, Kampoureika, (Polydroso), Argyreika, Mageiro, Vlachogianneika, Tekeika-Kouklareika-Pagoureika, Lathireika, Krania (Hari), Chalkiopoulos, Vasilades and Rossi, which are scattered amphitheatrically in the mountains, thus forming a "horseshoe". To the west and north of it rises Karava (2,184 m), while around it one faces lower mountains: Gennitaki (1770 m), Zgourolivado (1977 m), Kokkinolakka (1911 m), Palioantri (1832 m), Three Borders (1400 m), Tsioutes (1659 m), Flampouras (1600 m), Harisi (1773 m), Tsikrika etc. Registration Details 00001882234
