Guest access Guests have private access to the Historic Loft and shared access to select campground amenities, including community fire pits, the lodge patio, game room with a pool table, and outdoor gathering spaces. Please note Sapinero Village is not a waterfront property. Beach access is approximately 1,000–1,500 feet away, with the ability to drive down for paddleboarding, kayaking, picnicking, or fishing. Lake Fork Marina and boat launch are located about 1 mile away, with nearby hiking including Dillon Pinnacles and routes toward the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Other things to note The Historic Loft is an upstairs unit and requires stair access. Sapinero Village is an active campground setting. Guests should expect outdoor elements, shared spaces, neighboring campers, and natural sounds. Wildlife, changing mountain weather, and uneven terrain are part of the experience.
