The space The Vibe is a modern family & pet friendly house featuring three bedrooms and one main bathroom backing onto farmland with rural views and only a short walk to the beach, general, store and cafe. Downstairs is open plan living, kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is free WiFi, as well asNetflix & Fetch TV! Sliding doors lead onto the front deck with outdoor setting and BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and everything else you could need. The laundry has a washing machine with adjoining toilet. The main bathroom with shower over bath and vanity is also located downstairs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own private balcony and TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and a single bed. The third bedroom with a Queen and 2 single beds (bunks), located downstairs, also has built in wardrobes and ceiling fan. Bedding (ie doonas, pillows and blankets) is provided but guests must bring their own linen (doona covers, sheets and pillow cases) and towels (beach, bath and hand). Ceiling fans are throughout the downstairs living and dining area for the warmer summer periods and there is a wood fire for the cooler winter nights, but you will need to supply your own firewood, which can be purchased locally. The Vibe is pet friendly, with pets permitted inside and out, just not allowed on furniture or beds. The property is fully fenced so you can be rest assured your beloved pets have some boundaries! Smoking is not permitted inside the property. While the property is fully furnished and well equipped, it may not have all appliances and equipment you may be used to using. We apologise if this causes inconvenience. Guest access You have use of the entire house and yard. Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys. Other things to note Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control. Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
