The house is located 5 minutes from Ørestad station, where the train will take you to Copenhagen Central Station in 6 minutes and the metro to Kongens Nytorv in 10 minutes. Denmark's largest shopping center Fields is 5 minutes away, with more than 140 stores, a movie theater, restaurants, etc. The house has a large kitchen with space for cozy dining (and playing children), 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and garden with terrace and trampoline. Rented mostly on weekends. The space The house is located in a charming garden association where all houses have the status of year-round residence. The house was newly renovated in 2020 with underfloor heating and a new large kitchen, three (bed)rooms, a living room and toilet/bathroom. The house is a Swedish red wooden house and has a garden and terrace. A beautiful and family-friendly breathing hole for the big city vacation. One of the children's rooms is a room with a loft, where the bed is on the loft. Please note that the loft is only accessible via a rib on the wall.
