Conveniently located just 1.5 blocks from the beach, guests will be greeted by the beautiful ocean sounds upon arrival. Recently renovated with unique rustic and chic decor offering you a specialized beach experience. Enjoy a cozy stay and all the Isle of Palms and greater Charleston area has to offer. The space Cowboy Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home just 1.5 blocks from the beach. There are hardwood floors throughout the space, a large backyard, outdoor shower, and patio with seating and grill to enjoy a night in, and room for 3 cars in driveway. Ready for a beach day? Chairs, wagon, and towels are located for your use in the shed outside. Guest access A simple self-check-in process allows for privacy and ease on your stay. You’ll have access to the entire house. The owner may periodically come on the property to access the separate garage area. There will be no interruptions or access into the home you are staying in. Other things to note NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the Isle of Palms that goes into effect 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. Please keep in mind this is a family home, not a home for bachelor/bachelorette parties, high school groups, fraternities/sororities or other types of large gatherings. We do not rent to students, even if a parent or legal guardian creates the booking. If such groups occupy the property, they will be asked to immediately vacate with NO refund given. 3 car maximum on the left side of the driveway. All bed linens, kitchen towels, and bath towel sets are provided for your convenience!! We include a “STARTER SET” of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc. but you will likely need to make an additional purchase of these items after your arrival.
