The Little House

Our beautiful one bedroom cottage is situated on a 1 acre block in a semi rural location. The Little House is located about 50m from our family home, where we live with our 5 children and pet dog. We are located only 5 km from Penrith Whitewater Stadium and 6km from Sydney International Regatta Centre, Nepean Public & Private Hospitals. The space The Little House is ready to be your home away from home! We have a fully equipped kitchen including microwave; dishwasher; oven; kettle; fridge/freezer; cooking utensils; bakeware; and glasses/crockery/cutlery for 4 people. The bedroom includes a queen sized bed with plush mattress, fresh white linen, blankets and a wide selection of pillows. There is also a large walk in wardrobe and access to the bathroom from the bedroom. The living dining area includes a comfortable couch and armchair; large screen TV; Blu-ray player; dining setting for 4 and a double wall-bed/Murphy bed with plush mattress, fresh white linen; blankets and pillows. Guest access You hosts will meet you to provide you access to the Little House. There is a seperate driveway for you to drive your car onto the property and park in the car-port adjoining the house. In the event of late access a key-safe will be available. Other things to note We have a gorgeous family dog named Meg (see our listing photos for a portrait!). Meg is very friendly and will be keen to greet you with a sniff and will welcome any pats and cuddles. She is not aggressive and is a low bark dog.
