Bellmeadow homestead is a spacious, single level, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom farmhouse situated on 44 acres of farmland across from the Macleay River. Our heritage home was built in 1910. It has 2 living areas, a large kitchen with island, large dining room table and wrap around veranda. Fabulous for single travelers or couples wanting to go four wheel driving, motocross biking, hunting, fishing, swimming, relaxing or just passing through. A peaceful halfway stop between Sydney and Brisbane. The space A large private, lockable bedroom, one queen bed, up to two guests. Private access from back porch and private en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Security screens. Bedding and towels provided. TV, mini fridge, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, free wifi and self-service breakfast – toast, butter, spreads, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, fruit and juice provided. Guest access Located 50km west of Kempsey, about an hour scenic drive, it’s the first home on the right as you enter Bellbrook or 130km east of Armidale, it’s the last home on the left as you leave Bellbrook. You can’t miss our beautiful big old family home. Free off the street parking on the property, access friendly for helicopters, caravans or camper vans. Access to the house is from the rear of the house only. You may use the house, utilizing the well equipped kitchen, gas stove top and microwave on request. There’s a large living area with fire place and air conditioning to relax in or pick a book to read off the bookshelf. BBQ and outdoor eating area also available. Washing machine, dryer and iron on request. During your stay We are new to the area but have acclimated into the community well. I am more than happy to give you or help you find out information about the area. I work from home some days or just enjoy pottering around the garden, doing a bit of arts and crafts. My husband Daniel is a truck driver We have an outside cat, Fluffy – Please do not let him inside the house.
