In 2009 Bernard Woodard through American Sunset Living LLC purchased the building and put a new roof on in 2011 then for 10 years has continued to work to rebuild the building and its use for the Willow Hill community. It has 3 large bunkhouse areas so that guests can just pay for what they need as the need it, a studio apartment which is this listing and two bedrooms that have 2 beds in one and 1 bed in the other. A large kitchen/conference room for all guest to enjoy and we are working on a large recreational room for all guests.
