Shortly after 4:00 PM, You will receive a message with the door code and more information. This will be sent by email and text message if you’ve provided us with your phone number. If you have booked through Airbnb, the instructions will arrive by Airbnb message. Other things to note ⚠️ Important Notes • For stays longer than 1 month, an additional monthly housekeeping fee applies. • Minimum booking age: 25+. A guest aged 25+ must be present for the entire stay. • A valid government ID and eSignature on our rental agreement are required prior to check-in. • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property’s premises. Please refer to your rental agreement for further details. • Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please be mindful of these hours. Excess noise during these times will not be tolerated.
