Cozy house with garden & terraces - 100 m to the harbor

Welcome to my charming and cozy house, located in the heart of the island 100 meters from the marina Dybvig with a newly built playground and dining area. Secluded garden with a large south-facing terrace with sea views and views of fields. You have it all to yourselves. Slow down, enjoy the peace and quiet. You can dive into the sea down by the harbor, go for walks on beautiful routes in the countryside and on the beach. There are several eateries, flea markets and farm shops with delicious local specialties on the island. The space On the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds – one with Tempur mattresses, the other with memory foam top mattress. All beds have rollaway mattresses. There is also a small bathroom on the floor. In addition, two extra sleeping places can be arranged on single mattresses, so the house can accommodate up to 7 overnight guests. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with washing column, a room with a 120 cm wide bed and private toilet, as well as a living room and dining room with access to a south-facing wooden terrace with awning and umbrella. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate Victorian room so you can easily make your own meals. Outside there are several cozy terrace areas: a covered west-facing wooden terrace with sun loungers, hammocks and clotheslines, as well as a stone terrace with dining area, umbrella and sunset views. For free use (at your own risk) are 2 SUP boards, a double kayak and yoga mats. The house is well equipped with basic items in the kitchen as well as dishwashing tabs, dish soap, laundry detergent, dish towels, dish cloths, shampoo and soap. There is a charcoal grill available – charcoal can be purchased at the local grocery store. In the garden, pears, plums, walnuts, cherries, and various herbs that you are welcome to use. Guest access The whole house, there are private belongings in the house. Other things to note The house is not well suited for wheelchair users. Park the car on the lawn across the road.
