This flat is located on the 2nd floor of the Historic Bank Building, accessible by a flight of stairs. We do not have elevator access. Guest access You will have complete access to your flat during your stay. In addition to your flat, you also have access to the gym and all public spaces at the Atticus Hotel. Other things to note 3rd Street Flats does not provide daily cleaning service, however should you desire this for a longer stay please contact us and we can arrange an additional cleaning. We work to provide our guests with a fabulous independent travel experience and plenty of hospitality, including 24 hour access to the concierge team at the Atticus Hotel, for assistance both before and during your stay. As such we provide you with wine and chocolate on arrival and a complete guide to your flat, so you know how everything operates. We also provide you with the Atticus Hotel's custom bath and body products, a starter supply of coffee & tea, hairdryer, etc. Your flat will come with one set of towels for each guest, but if you need fresh towels during your stay, please let us know.
