Modern apartment(45mq) for a couple that want to visit the lake but also for a romantic holiday . The view from the apartment is amazing ! There is a comfortable and confidential terrace available and we have build a swimming pool with a wonderfull view of the lake. You can reach Varenna center in 5 minutes with the bus (1,8 km)and in 25 minutes walking ( with a taxi you need 4 minutes). The space The terrace is ideal for a Spriz by the great view of Lake Como. Guest access The swimming pool will be open from 1 june to 30 september and it is only for the guests of our 2 houses( no more then 4 persons) Other things to note In the house you have : wifi, smart tv ( netflix,amz prime),air-conditioning .
