Pretty little house, perfect for 2 but can sleep up to 4. As well as the comfortable living space, there is also a sunny garden. 20min walk from Brighton towards the North Laine and main shopping/eating /drinking areas. 5min walk to Preston Park. Local bus 5b runs regularly and the nearest stop is 1min walk. 5min walk away is Fiveways with cool coffee shops. The pub opposite is amazing, as is the pub just down the road. Perfect for Pride or a few days away to soak up the sea air and chill out! The space Cute and stylish my place has everything you need - the main bedroom has a king size bed, second room can either be used as an office with desk & chair - or there is sofa bed in there to accommodate another couple. The living space is comfortable and the courtyard is pretty and sunny. There is a lovely community here, helped by the local award winning pubs which are welcoming with good food. The house is close to everything, whether you want to explore Brighton or just relax and stay local you've got it all here from great coffee culture, nice pubs to short walks towards the town centre with lots of food, drinking, shopping options. I also have 3 Alexas around the house! In the garden there is a table & bench, and in the black box umbrella and extra sun loungers. Sit back and relax! Guest access Make use of all the space, plenty of room for your coats and shoes downstairs plus use of hanging rails in the bedrooms. Other things to note Access is by key code, note that the door locks when closed so you need to keep the key on you! I'll leave a spare key so pop the key back in the lockbox when you arrive just in case you need it (I have had a couple lock themselves out before). Temperature control by Hive, just ask Alexa "Alexa ask Hive to boost the heating to 18 degrees for *2 hours". *Or however long you need it! TV is all on Fire TV with one remote, no passwords required.
