Cozy family house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 terraces in a very child-friendly area near the swimming area. Rented out to animal lovers while we hosts are on holiday, there is a cat in the house so it is expected of the guests that it is fed and gets some cuddles ;) The space The home is centrally located in a very child-friendly neighborhood, the football field is right in front of the house, and the playground is behind. It is 200 m to the bathing water Bråvann - undisturbed small beach with many visitors ;) It is 16 km to the Zoo, 3 km to Amfi Shopping Center (45 stores) and 8 km to Kristiansand City Center!Lots of nice places nearby! The home is best suited for families, is not suitable or desired for partying. There is a cat in the house that is not going on vacation and the guests undertake to take care of cat food as well as some cuddling. The cats basically live at home but tend to be let out at their own request ;) Guest access Garden furniture and gas grill are available for guests! As well as a trampoline and lots of children's toys.
