We have a crib with sheets and a high chair for babies. The kitchen is spacious and complete. The house has a full bathroom. The master bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan with remote control. The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan with remote control. The living room has new air conditioning. The street is quite quiet for a downtown accommodation and with possibilities to park vehicles The apartment is sanitized by professionals. Guest access -The accommodation is located in a building of 4 floors with the last one being the attic area has direct access by elevator from the parking located in the basements of the same building. -Take with terrace and private parking. - Direct access to the historic center. Other things to note - Check-in is available daily from 2pm, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys, once the check-in form is completed. Bed linen or towels with food or makeup stains, will cost €10 per towel and 20€ per sheet. Thank you. - No noise after 11 pm and smoking in the apartment. - Due to the central location of this home, there may be disturbances due to external noise (bystanders on the street, neighbors, fiestas) and this reason will not be the subject of any compensation. -All guests must carry out the mandatory guest re-registration form of Spanish law, but the reservation will be canceled.
