An easily convertible and comfortable sofa and armchair furnish a bright living room with soft notes of wood, lime and exposed stone. In addition, there is a large shared entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a courtyard adorned with flowers and greenery. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of an old townhouse, it is independent. A second accommodation upstairs is occupied year-round by my very discreet parents. The large common entrance can accommodate bicycles or bulky items. A table and chairs furnish the courtyard and offer the possibility of a quiet meal in the open air. All shops are nearby.
