La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Come and stay in this beautiful renovated barn, over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, zen and a very special vacation, with a heavenly view! A side of Provence in Chartreuse in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I am booked in order to leave it to you in a private way. So you have access to the whole house except my bedroom and garage. I leave my cat Roxy on site. The space This house has stunning views of the Chartreuse, in a very quiet and sunny environment (from sunrise to sunset!) Outside, you can enjoy all the terraces, the swimming pool heated to 28 degrees and open from June 1 to September 15 (if the season is mild it can be opened before in May, contact me about this), the Jacuzzi (open all year, heated to 39/40 degrees), deckchairs, hammock, petanque court, park, barbecue. On the inside, you will have 12 beds arranged as follows. 2 separate bedrooms on the 2nd floor. A first with a double bed L 140 x 190 cm and a bathroom in the bedroom. A second bedroom with a queen size double bed L 160 x 200 cm On the 2nd floor, an open space of 150 m2 composed of 8 beds (3 double beds + 1 convertible), a Ping-Pong table, an American pool table, a weight bench, an electronic dart game, games (chess, board games), a TV, a 1300 W Bluetooth speaker for music, a small bar, a table to eat, play chess or work... With the free provision of Wi-Fi. Note for any allergies or other, that I have a cat "Roxy" in the house, who stays only on the 1st floor or outside, for which you will just have to put out some kibble and water if you are present for a stay of more than a weekend. It is also on the 1st floor that you will find the bathroom with walk-in shower, completely redone in November 2020 as well as the toilet. So a total of 2 showers with the one in the room. This barn is conveniently located for mountain bikers, cyclists, hikers, winter skiers (20 minutes from the resort of Saint Pierre de Chartreuse). Close to the entire Parc régional de la chartreuse, the caves of the chartreuse, the Monastère de la Grande Chartreuse. Close to many large cities (Chambéry, Grenoble, Annecy, Lyon...) Also ideal for a vacation/weekend/day of relaxation and aperitif! (Pool, Jacuzzi, Pétanque Court, Hammock, Deckchair, Barbecue, Nap) For stays longer than a weekend, therefore longer than 2/3 days, I am forced to come to the house for the maintenance of the Pool, the Jacuzzi and the garden. Regarding parties, I have no problem on this side as long as you respect the house and the neighborhood. So no loud noise outside the house, no problem however inside the house. So don't hesitate to come and stay in this dream place! Guest access For check-ins, I try in 80% of cases to be there to welcome you and show you around the house. In the rare cases where I can't, either a co-host will welcome you or a lockbox is available for your use. Same for check-out. Other things to note Don't forget your swimsuit and flip-flops :)
