The bathroom has a double sink, bathtub, and toilet. KITCHEN: The kitchen is separate from the living room and fully equipped. It has a small balcony equipped with a clothesline. The entrance door is a very secure armored door. The apartment can ideally accommodate 4 adults and a baby. Guest access The apartment is located in a recent prestigious residence (earthquake-proof construction dating from 2018) with pleasant gardens as well as an underground parking lot accessible directly from the apartment by elevator. We provide you with a large disabled parking space with immediate access as soon as you exit the parking lot (first basement). Other things to note The building has two large elevators.
