ABOUT THE FLAT: You'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Relax in the spacious living room, where you'll find a 49-inch Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. We also have a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board. The full bathroom offers comfort and privacy. The apartment has two bedrooms, one single and one double. Focused on making your rest as enjoyable as possible, we offer high quality beds, sheets, and towels. There is very good natural light throughout the apartment that fills the space and creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. It has air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. Other things to note PRIOR TO ARRIVAL : Request for payment of the tourist tax In compliance with the regulations of the City of Barcelona, guests of tourist accommodations must pay the corresponding tourist tax: Until April 30, 2025: €6.25 + VAT (10%) per adult (over 17 years old) per night, with a maximum of 7 days per stay. Effective May 1, 2025: 8.50€ + VAT (10%) per adult (over 17 years old) per night, with a maximum of 7 days per stay. CHECK- IN : Before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate your check-in. A member of our team will be waiting to show you the apartment, give you their keys, and help them with any questions. The standard of check in is from 3:00 pm to 21:00 pm.
