Situated in the seaside village of Blackrock yet just 15 mins from The City Centre by bus or train.The village has many bars,resturants,independent coffee shops, two shopping centres and the sea, a more central location you couldnt get.It is a beautiful village and has so much to offer.The Aircoach bus stop is 3 mins from my house and takes 40mins to get to the airport. The space The cottage is over 100 years old and beautifully renovated. Open plan kitchen, living and dining room with French doors opening out onto a sunny private courtyard. The upstairs double bedroom has a queen size bed,it is lovely and bright and has built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.There is also a bathroom here with a large bath,toilet and shower.The second bedroom is downstairs and it can sleep four people as there is a double bed and a brand new couch that turns into another very comfortable double bed.Another bathroom downstairs with a toilet,sink and a power shower. Guest access My guests can relax in my lovely house and garden and chill out in the beautiful private courtyard.
