Villa Sole is a delightful villa apartment, located on the first floor with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is located on the main street of Lido di Noto that runs along the sea (with access to the beach 50 meters away), facing the fabulous beach of the "white rocks" . In a few minutes by car you can reach both Noto and Avola as well as the main tourist resorts in the area. The space The house is a 4 room of 70 square meters of new construction with shower outside and inside, washing machine, one double bed, another room with two single beds, a living room with sofa bed (single), a dining table and a kitchen (the bedrooms are air-conditioned) ; private parking space and two large outdoor terraces to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings outdoors.
