Full kitchen, separate bedroom, in suite laundry, private yard. The space A gradually sloping pathway, nestled under giant evergreen trees, leads down to the keyless entry door. The suite was built with privacy in mind. It is approximately 500 square feet with plenty of space. With access from a level entry, the suite is bright and features high ceilings, multiple skylights, an open kitchen/dining/ living area, and a private yard/patio area which provides plenty of options for cooking, dining and comfortable relaxation. There is a designated work space with fast wifi. There are ceiling fans in both the main area and the bedroom for added comfort. There is a BBQ available for your own use. The separate bedroom boasts a comfy Queen size bed, night tables with lamps (with USB charging ports), a small walk-in closet, dresser, and luggage stands. The kitchen has lots of counter and storage space and is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cook top (with hood vent), oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, cutlery, etc., are available, allowing you to prepare snacks or full course meals. There is a keurig and coffee pods, as well as various teas and basic amenities including cooking oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. The table is counter height, with four stools. There is a double pull out sofa bed. This Italian made sofa bed is firm and pretty comfortable, but it is still a sofa bed and is best suited for kids or one adult. Let us know if you need bedding for the sofa bed (for less than 3 guests, a linen fee of $40 will be added). The suite has full laundry facilities with a small capacity washer/dryer. We have many very large evergreen trees throughout the property, mostly cedar and fir. We invite you to stroll throughout the 3/4+ acre property. For bird lovers, we have many varieties of birds, many that are resident all year long. Our beautiful trees provide us with natural air conditioning in summer, and protection from winter winds.
