The house is on the 9th floor and the interior has been newly renovated. The lighting is bright and quiet. The family is pleasant with two people, and there is a large lake park in front of the house, so you can take a walk at any time. There is a convenience store in front of the house and emart within a 15-minute walk, so you can purchase simple food. There is an LG display nearby, and it takes 20 minutes by bus to Kintex at Daehwa Station and 40 minutes to Imjingak, making it easy for many foreigners to visit DMZ and Imjingak, and there are many military bases nearby, making it good for those who come to visit. The room has a desk with high-speed Internet and WiFi, a large drum washing machine, and a large 270-liter refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, and more, so you can cook.
