The space 100% Quiet, comfortable and close to everything, all shops 2 min walk. 20 min walk from the center and the train station: 1.2 km, bus stop in front of the house. Guest access You access the studio through the common areas of the house. The rest of the common areas of the house (hall, laundry and garden) are common and shared between other guests and my family. Possibility to stop in front of the house to unload luggage, it is however not possible to park on site, the adjacent streets are free and it is easy to find a place, there is also free parking (rue st therese) 250 m away. Bus line no. 5, 1 min walk Other things to note The cleaning fees correspond to the rental of the house linen, complete cleaning and disinfection at the end of the stay of the accommodation by a professional team with ecological products, we simply ask you to be respectful towards our team and the accommodation, to leave the place clean and to do routine maintenance. Landscaping work in the outdoors (currently under construction) or improvement of the common areas may take place during the stay, they do not interfere in any way with the use of the accommodation.
