Located just 5 minutes from the beach, this apartment is a surfer’s dream, with an outdoor shower. The space comes with Wi-Fi as well. - There is one double sofa bed (for 1-2 people) and one double futon in the loft (for 1-2 people). It may feel a little cramped for 4 people. - There is no parking, so please find a nearby paid parking lot. The TOMO Parking Lot (1-minute walk, 5 spaces) is nearby. - Surfboards are currently used as interior decoration and cannot be used. The space This 1 bedroom apartment has a loft space with a double sized futon to maximise its compact footprint. Near the entrance you will find a surfboard rack. You can place your own board there, or use the board that we provide! A skateboard is also provided, which you can use as well. The kitchen includes all of the basic tools you might need for preparing and enjoying meals. The main living area includes a desk and sofa, and the sofa can be folded out for larger groups or if you’d like to sleep separately. (Carefully!) climb up the ladder to find the double futon up in the loft, where you can relax after a long day of enjoying the beach. The loft has a rolling screen to offer you some privacy from the living room, and is open on the kitchen side to make the space feel open. ★Amenities★ In addition to the amenities listed below, we provide: + rice cooker + surfboard + skateboard + ventilation/heater/dehumidifier fan in the bathroom ★ Check-in ★ We are occasionally able to offer early check-ins. The ladder is secured to the wall, but it may be difficult to move if you have difficulty moving heavy objects. You will need to go up the ladder to get to the futon, so this apartment may not be the best fit if you have difficulty climbing ladders or are afraid of heights. ■The loft space has a rolling screen between it and the living room, and the kitchen side is open. So, there might be some light coming in in the mornings. ■As a registered private lodging business, the Japanese government requires that we collect the following information from all guests. 1. Some details about your group, including your occupations and home addresses. 2. A photograph of each guest's passport. *Not necessary for Japanese nationals or those with a registered address in Japan. **As this is an unmanned property, SOFA status guests must also provide a photograph of their passport.
