Walking distance to University of Malta or Mater Dei Hospital. An ENGLISH SCHOOL is 50m away. University, Mater Dei Hospital and Sliema and Gzira are within walking distance. Please enquire for prices for stays of less than 6 months. A security deposit is to be paid and is refunded back up to 48 hours after departure. The space The Studio flat an open-plan flat has a good sized balcony overlooking the main road thus making it very bright. It includes a kitchen/living/dining and sleeping area. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped to a high standard with modern appliances including microwave. The bed has a sliding extra bed underneath which when opened can turn into a double bed [separate mattresses]. When not in use this extra bed can very easily be put back in place thus making more space. Specifications and services include washing machine and lift. An AC is installed. Guest access This studio flat is on the third floor which is easily accessed by a lift. Other things to note We are looking for mature people who wish to stay for long periods of 6 months or more. DAILY PRICES ARE FOR MONTHLY RENTALS of minimum 6 months where a private contract needs to be signed. A security deposit needs to be paid and refunded back up to 48 hours after departure less any damage/extra costs incurred during the stay. No more guests or change of guests is allowed unless given permission by us. Late check in fee of €25 is applied from 8pm till 8am. LONG RENTALS Water & electricity are not included in the price. A monthly deposit paid upfront each month is required in this case. When cleaning is required this costs €17/hour per person (expenses excluded). Prices are currently for Jan 2026. Laundry of linen provided by us is to be paid by the tenant after pricelist/invoice is provided. Long let rentals do not include bedsheets and towels. WIFI is not included in price and costs €30/month. Gas cylinders for oven hob - 1 cylinder is given for free. Any extra cylinders are to be paid by the tenants. THIS IS A LONG TERM RENTAL ACCOMMODATION SO PLEASE CHECK IF SHORT STAYS ARE POSSIBLE AND ENQUIRE FOR PRICES AND CONDITIONS. In the possibility of short rentals: Towels will be provided for free. Final cleaning (excluding kitchen things that need to be left grease free and towel dried) costs €70. Any more cleaning required above 3 hours each by two persons, need to be paid at €17/hour per person. The below water & electricity amounts are included in the price. ELECTRICITY: 5KWh (for 1 person)/day and 7KWh(for up to 2 persons)/day FREE WATER: 0.7 cubic meter (for 1 person/week) and 1 cubic meter (for 2 persons)/week FREE Extra units used are to be paid for at the below listed rates: ELECTRICITY The next 18KWh are charged at 0.25 euro/unit/day The remaining units are charges at 0.42 euro/unit/day WATER The remaining water units used are charged at 5.50 euro/cubic meter. Gas cylinder is provided for free. WIFI is not included in price and costs €30/month to be paid onsite. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Please note that we have no control over noises in the apartment due to works in the same block or the neighbourhood. In that case you agree not to complain to us. We have no control to any issues raised due to lack of hygiene from the tenants. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
