Spacious house on edge of Brighton with Downs view

Our house is ideally situated in a suburb on the edge of Brighton, close to the spectacular South Downs National Park. A peaceful neighbourhood, two minutes' walk from local shops and a regular bus service into Brighton. You can explore Brighton's quirky Laines or the seafront within 15-20 minutes or be in picturesque countryside in 5 minutes (by car). We are 1 hour by train to London and 25 minutes from Gatwick Airport. The house has a lovely big garden and is a great base for families. The space A 4-bedroom detached house with a Kingsize master bedroom, double bedroom and shower room on the top floor; two single bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with TV on the ground floor; and a large kitchen, dining, lounge space and utility room on the lower ground floor with sliding doors onto the sunny west facing garden. The garden is large split across three levels, with a climbing frame and swing, trampoline, dining table and chairs and shady apple trees at the bottom. There is a designated off-road parking space and plenty of free parking on the street. There is full central heating, broadband internet and Virgin Media TV. Guest access Guests have access to all of the house, except for an office on the top floor which is used as a storage room. As children live here, there are plenty of toys which guests are welcome to use for their children - if there are no children, we will put them away. There is a 10ft trampoline in the garden for children (or adults!) to play on. Other things to note Please be respectful of our neighbours after dark and we ask for no parties to be held.
