The home is open and bright, offering privacy as well as convenient travel to all the attractions as it is perfectly centralized to downtown Homer and The Spit. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with an on suite bathroom, extra towels and soaps. The room has an armoire for you clothing storage. The second bathroom, also located on the main floor includes the washer/dryer, shower, toilet and sink. Supplies included are, towels, laundry detergent, soaps and toilet paper. Here you will find some basic cleaning supplies as well. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with two twin beds and a closet with hangers. This room is suitable for kids of all ages or the 3rd and forth wheels of the party. The 3rd bedroom is a closed loft with french doors opening up to the lower level overlooking the living, dining and kitchen space. Here, there is a full sized bed and 3 twins and large closet for plenty of storage for extra bags or equipment. This room is perfect for a large family, fishing buddies, photography club or group getaway. This room also has it's own TV. Whatever your reason for taking in what Homer offers, this home is very suitable. The home has a large south facing sun deck overlooking the front yard with a small flower garden or two. The host lives in the unit below and when not at the regular 9-5 job, you may see the host landscaping and tending to maintenance needs. You will have a your own private entrance on the opposite side of the home away from the other smaller unit. You have the luxury of kitchen, dining, living space and deck on the same level.
