Between Ile-Rousse and Saint-Florent, close to the beaches of Ostriconi and Lozari, the mill of Ostriconi is ideally located to enjoy a stay in the preserved setting of an 18th century building and an olive grove of which some trees are centuries old. The 240 m² mill can accommodate 10 people in 5 comfortable rooms. It has been restored with a spirit of authenticity (cogs, wheels, furniture) while offering the comfort of contemporary life (satellite TV, Wifi). The space The 18th century stone building is restored in a spirit of authenticity and comfort, preserving the soul of this place steeped in history. The cogs, wooden mechanisms, grinding wheels, presses tell the not so distant past of this region renowned for its tradition of olive oil production. The building can ideally accommodate 5 couples or 3 couples with children. Guest access The entire mill (2 levels, total 240 m²) except the cellars. Other things to note Ideal for 2 or 3 families, the place is particularly quiet and enchanting: the Ostriconi river passes 50 m from the Mill, the snow-covered mountains in winter are visible from the rooms and reserve a magnificent sunrise and sunset panorama. Several types of beaches are accessible: Ostriconi beach (access by car, 5 minutes) then access by the trail, Lozari beach (access by car, 10 minutes), Saleccia beach (access by 4x4, taxi or private, or by boat from St Florent). Several festivals are organized in the region: Calvi on the Rocks (June), the nights of the guitar in Patrimonio (July), Porto Latino in Saint-Florent (August), film festival in Lama (August).
