The space Sea & Sand is an authentic traditional stone house of 30 sq.m. on the southeast side of Kimolos, right on the beach of Psathi overlooking the island of Poliegos, with its pristine beaches.    It is built in 1930 with the traditional architecture of the island. In 2023 it was completely renovated, thus offering all modern amenities, while maintaining the style and character of that time.    The view from the front balcony is captivating, satisfying even its most discerning guest.    In addition to the front balcony, it has one back deck on which you can make your day schedule in peace and privacy.   In the evenings the sound of the waves will accompany you, when you sleep or when you relax on the balcony enjoying your drink.   It is ideal for a family of 4, 2 friendly couples since it has 2 bedrooms with double beds, kitchen. The toilet is outside as it was in the old years with the shower inside but it is fully renovated and functional. Guest access Access to the Sea & Sand property is via a private entrance, up 10 steps, where you will find yourself in the property's back courtyard and at the main entrance to the house. It should be noted that there is an outdoor camera that exclusively monitors the lower entrance of the house for security purposes. Always with respect for your personal data!! Other things to note Kimolos has a ferry connection with Athens throughout the year, through the main port of the country, Piraeus. The frequency of the itineraries is almost daily and the journey time ranges from 5 to 7 hours depending on the company you choose for your trip.   Beyond Piraeus, however, there is an equally convenient alternative to reach the island of the Cyclades. So during the summer months, Lavrio – Kimolos itineraries are added.
