Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley. The space The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is a building annexed to the owner’s house, but totally separated from it. It consists of two floors and the basement. The living area is on the ground floor and 1 bedroom and 1 mezzannine are upstairs. The construction of the cottage was accomplished in 2016. The cottage has an underfloor and a centralised heating system. It is fully equipped and it offers 4 persons accommodation. The ground floor (40m²) Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, induction plate, microwave and refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Large living room, large-flat screen TV, DVD player and audio system. Free Wifi Dining room with large table. Shower room with a toilet Tiled wood stove (Alsace style). Firewood is included in fees Upstairs (35m²) Bedroom with 1 single bed (90x200) and a double bed (160 X 200) Mezzanine with a sofa bed (160x200) on mattress A shower with a toilet Lots of storage place A basement of 40m² with a play area, a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer. Totally private for your use SPA room (30 m2) with jacuzzi for 3 persons, Finnish sauna, shower and fireplace. SPA is not included in the price. It is open till 11pm.
