Welcome to the quiet place Klis, located 9 Km above Split. It is our only apartment that we rent, it is located on the ground floor of family house. For guests we have free parking, separate entrance, swimming pool, courtyard (barbecue, summer kitchen,waterfall,bicycle ...)We guarantee to our guests full privacy. The house is located on a quite location and away from other houses.It has amaizing panoramic view of the city of Split and Dalmatian islands.Everything is visible in the photos. The space Apartment is located in the quiet historic town Klis, only 9 km from Split. It is far enough from the city noise but close enough to enjoy all the amenities that a big city offers. It has amazing panoramic view of the city of Split and Dalmatian islands. It consists of two bedrooms (one big with a double bed and one single, the other with 2 singles), 2 bathrooms(plus the shower next to the pool), living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area.Total sleeping 8 people, but standard capacity is 5 guests.For additional 3 persons , one can sleep on sofa bed and other two on 2 extra beds(one normal bed and one air mattress, before arriving you need inform us how many guests arrive) .The house is air conditioned and it has internet (free wi-fi).There are TVs in every room and one in living room. The pool is located on very private surrounding and discreet location.Next to the pool is a newly built space with barbecue, large table, fridge, sink, suitable for celebrations as well as for daily enjoyment.The pool will be ready to use from the first of may. Sun beds are also included in our offer around pool. We offer a free parking spot.We also offer our guests bikes for use for free. The place is ideal for families and groups of young people, because everything is so close and accessible, yet isolated from summer tourist crowds. Guest access The pool and area around pool is intended exclusively for you. Other things to note For guests who do not have or do not intend to rent a car we can provide transportation from the airport or as desired at fair prices. Guests can use bicycles for free. Within 1 km there are 4 food stores, 3 cafe bar, 3 restaurants with Dalmatian specialties. Smoking is permitted but only outside. Pets are not welcome .
